Pascagoula River Pass is a flounder hotspot. These flatfish love the structure and current. Use a Carolina rig with a live shrimp. Drifting with the tide is the key. Feel for the subtle tap—that is a flounder. We caught a dozen flounder, with the biggest around 5 pounds.
